Google has started rolling out the latest version of Android, Android 17, for its compatible Pixel smartphones, following last month's official presentation. Among the important new features is the Bubbles function, which allows users to open applications in 'floating' windows, thus facilitating multitasking, especially on devices with large screens.
Another innovation is Screen Reactions, which allows recording a selfie video at the time of screen capture, ideal for reactions to social media clips. Foldable smartphones benefit from a special gaming feature, where users can play on the upper half of the screen, while a controller appears on the lower half. Additionally, Google is expanding the availability of the Gemini application, which allows the generation of video and music based on written or spoken commands. However, many announced features will be rolled out gradually, and users of other smartphones will have to wait a few months to receive the update.
