The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, estimated that Ukraine will need European support for another two to three years in the fight against Russia and stated that the recent sanctions imposed by the USA on Lukoil and Rosneft could reduce Russia's profits by approximately 5 billion dollars per month.

The Ukrainian leader also emphasized the effectiveness of Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries, which have reduced refining capacity by about 20%, and announced the intention to expand drone and missile attacks to limit the funding of the war by Moscow.
