In a press conference, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia's energy infrastructure represents a legitimate target for Ukraine's attacks, emphasizing that this sector contributes to financing the production of armaments. Zelensky explained that there is no distinction between military and energy targets, as Russia sells energy and oil, and these resources are used to support its military efforts.

He asserted that attacks on the energy sector are justified, considering that they affect Russia's sources of funding. The Ukrainian leader insisted that all these targets are legitimate in the context of the current conflict.
