Following a massive Russian attack on Kiev that left six people dead, Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski has called on the world to intervene to bring about "regime change" in Russia. He emphasized the need to seize Russian assets frozen in Western countries to use them for peace. Zelensky emphasized the devastating impact of the attack on infrastructure in Kiev and other regions, insisting that peace cannot be achieved without force.
