The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the existence of a document detailing the security guarantees offered to Ukraine by several countries, including the deployment of troops, but it will only be published after a ceasefire is reached. Russia stated that a ceasefire is only possible following a peace agreement and categorically rejected the deployment of NATO troops in Ukraine.

Zelensky mentioned that the countries in the Coalition of Will will activate security commitments after the ceasefire, and the plan is coordinated by France and the United Kingdom. At the same time, Russia rejected the changes proposed by the USA in the peace plan and emphasized that it will not accept the presence of foreign troops in Ukraine. Moscow reiterated that the only condition for a ceasefire is the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbas.
