Zelensky has announced plans to change travel rules for men aged 18-21 in the wake of the state of war with Russia. The proposal aims to allow young men to study and develop personally without abandoning their responsibilities to their country. The new age limit would be 22, increasing educational opportunities and strengthening ties with Ukraine.
