An attack by Israeli settlers on the town of Kafr Malik led to violent clashes, resulting in the killing of three Palestinians and wounding seven others. The Israeli army intervened after the settlers set fire to property and the violence escalated with mutual stone-throwing. Following the incident, five Israeli suspects were arrested and an Israeli officer was slightly injured. The deputy Palestinian president called for international intervention to protect the Palestinian people.
