Republicans and Democrats in the House of Representatives have united to quickly pass the aid package, which includes humanitarian aid. The move comes amid a series of deadlocks on foreign aid, particularly for Ukraine. If it passes the House of Representatives, the package will go to the Senate, where passage is almost assured.
