According to UNRWA, Israeli offensives have led to the destruction of most water and sanitation resources in Gaza, leaving over 60% of families without access to soap and nearly 500,000 women without menstrual hygiene products. Despite the restrictions imposed by Israel, UNRWA continues to provide humanitarian aid, including water and hygiene kits. Israel has banned UNRWA's operations in Gaza, accusing the organization of links to Hamas, accusations that the agency has rejected.
