UniCredit SpA's subsidiary in Russia has decided to no longer accept new clients in the corporate segment and has increased fees for the services offered, according to the new plans. Starting from October 1, the monthly fee will increase significantly, and the bank continues to seek ways to exit the Russian market under pressure from the European Central Bank. Three companies from the United Arab Emirates have expressed interest in acquiring UniCredit's operations in Russia, offering a 60% discount compared to the market value. Russia represents an important market for UniCredit, generating nearly 5% of its total revenues.
