Since the end of May, at least 798 people have been killed in the Gaza Strip while trying to access humanitarian aid, according to the UN. Of these, 615 deaths occurred near US- and Israeli-backed GHF distribution centers. Most of the casualties were gunshot wounds. The GHF disputes the UN figures, claiming the deadly attacks are linked to UN convoys. Concerns persist about violence during aid access as ceasefire talks continue.
