The Ukrainian military has admitted the drone attack on Russia's Lipetsk airport, which caused a severe fire.

According to a Ukrainian army statement, the attack targeted Lipetsk airport, where several Russian fighter jets and bombers were stationed. The Russian governor of the region confirmed the attack, saying several villages were evacuated after a "massive" drone strike. There is no information yet on any damage or casualties caused by the attack.
