In a message on X, Zelensky emphasized that his team of negotiators has presented a report and that Ukraine is ready for substantial discussions, aiming for a dignified end to the war. The announcement comes after, on January 31, Zelensky mentioned that he is awaiting concrete information from the U.S. regarding future meetings. Additionally, U.S. and Russian envoys had constructive discussions in Florida as part of mediation efforts to end the conflict in Ukraine.
