On the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, Ukraine reportedly carried out attacks on a oil refinery and a chemical plant in the western regions of Russia, according to several Russian channels on Telegram. These attacks are part of a new series of strikes on Russian energy infrastructure. The NS-Oil refinery in Novospasskoye, Ulyanovsk region, was reportedly hit, causing a large-scale fire, and witnesses reported that the flames spread rapidly. Additionally, the Stavrolen chemical plant in Stavropol Krai, part of Lukoil, was reportedly attacked, with images showing an explosion and intense fire. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has not commented on this information, and the authenticity of the images has not been verified.
