The NS-Oil refinery in Novospasskoye, Ulyanovsk region, was reportedly hit, causing a large-scale fire, and witnesses reported that the flames spread rapidly. Additionally, the Stavrolen chemical plant in Stavropol Krai, part of Lukoil, was reportedly attacked, with images showing an explosion and intense fire.
