The strategy aims to attract investment in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, clean energy, digital technologies and financial services. The plan will be detailed in a Green Paper and the government will appoint an Industrial Strategy Advisory Board. The ministers involved stressed their desire to make the UK an attractive investment destination.
