Donald Tusk said that following talks with Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski, there are signs that a break in the war in Ukraine may be closer than previously thought. Tusk said Zelenski, while cautious, is optimistic about the role Poland and other European countries can play in planning a ceasefire. Ukraine continues to work with its allies to ensure security and independence in the face of Russian aggression.
