Donald Trump issued a warning to Iran on Wednesday, ahead of a bilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the NATO summit, stating that the U.S. will attack Iran, most likely in the evening, according to Reuters, cited by Hotnews.
Trump reiterated that Iran must not possess nuclear weapons, considering this a "red line." He also expressed skepticism about the negotiation process with Tehran, mentioning that Iran might not adhere to the discussed agreements. Following the Iranian attacks, the U.S. Central Command stated that the aggression was unjustified and promised that Iran would pay a heavy price.
Iran retaliated by attacking U.S. military sites in Bahrain and Kuwait, despite a memorandum of understanding to end the conflict.
