Donald Trump said he would seek to reclaim Russian-occupied Ukrainian territories during his meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska. He said the talks would target possible territorial swaps, but it was unclear what Russia might cede. Ukrainian President Zelensky rejected the idea of ceding occupied territories, stressing that peace must be lasting. Trump has promised to brief European leaders on any deal proposed by Putin, but has criticized Zelenski's stance on the conflict.
