The Secretary of the Treasury has promised details about the financial aid, which comes at a time when China has suspended soybean purchases, a crucial product for American agriculture. Soybeans account for 14% of U.S. agricultural exports, and farmers grew them worth $60.7 billion in 2022-2023.
