US President Donald Trump could make a visit to China ahead of the APEC summit, scheduled for October 30-November 1, or meet Chinese leader Xi Jinping in South Korea. The two countries are working to finalize a deal to end the trade war, which has affected global trade. Trump has imposed high tariffs on imported goods, including 55% on products from China, and has set an Aug. 12 deadline for a deal.
