Donald Trump has said he is frustrated by the rising death toll in the war between Russia and Ukraine and announced he will consider a bill to impose additional sanctions against Moscow. Although he has tried to work with Putin to stop the conflict, his administration recently decided to stop supplying arms to Ukraine, citing concerns about US weapons stockpiles. The White House later suggested that supplies would be resumed.
