Roland Mehrez Beainy, 28, was detained by US immigration authorities and faces deportation after entering the country as a non-immigrant visitor. Although he applied for legal status through marriage, ICE claims there is no evidence that he lived with his wife. Beainy, known for his Trump Burger restaurants, has disputed the charges and has a hearing scheduled for Nov. 18. He's also facing legal trouble over debts owed to a commercial landlord.
