Donald Trump mentioned that Chinese President Xi Jinping responded positively to this proposal. This policy aims to support jobs and the manufacturing industry in the U.S. The details of the agreement are being finalized by the Department of Commerce, and a similar approach will be applied to other large companies such as AMD and Intel. Although Nvidia and AMD previously agreed to share 15% of the revenue obtained from chip sales in China with the U.S. government, China has warned companies not to use the H20 chip, specifically intended for this market.

The spokesperson for Nvidia welcomed the president's decision, emphasizing the importance of balance in the global semiconductor competition, which is essential in modern technology.
