A devastating explosion ripped through a block of flats in Saratov, Russia on Friday, killing six people and injuring 16 others. Four people are still missing and authorities are continuing to search through the rubble. The incident, caused by a gas leak, destroyed more than 30 apartments. The Russian minister for emergencies announced the opening of an investigation into safety violations, as such explosions are common in Russia due to aging infrastructure.
