A small plane crashed into the ocean in the Caribbean, killing everyone on board.

The accident occurred during the flight from Bequia Island to St. Lucia. The plane encountered difficulties shortly after take-off and crashed. Four people were on board, a man, his two daughters and the pilot. The bodies of the victims were recovered from the water.
