According to the police, three of the victims are in critical condition, while one is stable. The incident occurred on Union Street S, near the intersection with Corban Avenue, before 7:30 PM. Law enforcement and emergency crews were already present at the event and quickly intervened to provide medical assistance and evacuate the area. The ceremony was canceled, and authorities asked visitors to leave the area and drivers to seek alternative routes. The Concord police announced that the incident is under investigation, and officers are reviewing video recordings and speaking with witnesses.
