According to the report by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the year 2025 was the deadliest in recent history for antisemitic violence, with 20 people killed in attacks in Sydney, Manchester, Washington, and Boulder.

These attacks have made 2025 be classified as the deadliest year for the Jewish diaspora since the 1994 attack in Buenos Aires.

ADL documented over 23,000 antisemitic incidents in seven countries with significant Jewish communities, recording a 136% increase in incidents compared to the previous year. The organization warns that antisemitism has become a "new normal" and calls on governments to adopt preventive measures.

The most severe attack occurred on December 14 in Sydney, where 15 people were killed.

The report highlights that anti-Zionism significantly contributes to these incidents, with proportions ranging between 23% and 48% in different countries. Additionally, the Jewish community in Ireland reported 143 incidents over a six-month period.
