WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus emphasized that the impact of the conflict goes beyond the directly affected countries, and the lack of safety has led to the suspension of operations.

Last year, the center managed over 500 orders for 75 countries, but now humanitarian supplies are threatened. Access restrictions and the closure of airspace have blocked deliveries worth 18 million dollars, affecting over 50 supply requests from 25 countries. Additionally, medicines intended for Gaza and materials for polio have remained blocked, which will affect WHO's ability to respond to health issues in the region.
