The USA has carried out a new attack on an alleged drug vessel in the Caribbean. This is the first attack that leaves survivors behind.

The attack, reported on Thursday, would be the sixth of its kind since the beginning of the month. The operation would be the first of its kind to leave survivors. The Pentagon and the White House have been contacted for comments. The attack is expected to increase the total number of people killed by the U.S. in the region, so far, to at least 27.
