The organizers of the psychedelic festival Ozora, one of the largest trance music events in Europe, have decided to suspend all concerts starting at midnight, after two deaths occurred during the event.
On Saturday, a 45-year-old American man fell from a decorative structure near the main stage, an incident considered likely a suicide, according to the police. On the same day, a 39-year-old woman suffered a seizure, apparently due to the intense heat, and resuscitation attempts were unsuccessful. In light of these tragic events, the organizers announced that all musical programs will end at midnight.
The Ozora festival, which began on July 24 in Dadpuszta, Hungary, was taking place under heatwave conditions, with temperatures rising up to 40 °C. The last concerts were scheduled for Monday.
