Moscow has issued a warning regarding the reduced opportunities for Ukraine to find a negotiated solution to the conflict with Russia, emphasizing that the situation is worsening for the regime in Kiev. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that it is time for Ukrainian President Zelensky to take responsibility and make a decision. At the same time, Donald Trump claimed that Putin would be willing to conclude a peace agreement, suggesting that Ukraine is less open to negotiations.

Peskov welcomed Trump's comments and mentioned that Russia is open to discussions. In response, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk emphasized that it is Russia that is rejecting the peace plan proposed by the U.S., intensifying its attacks on Ukrainian cities in return.
