Following a massive airstrike on Kyiv, which resulted in the death of 14 people, including four children, the Kremlin stated that it is interested in continuing peace negotiations with Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that both sides continue to attack each other, but that Russia is achieving its military objectives without targeting civilians. Russia used hypersonic missiles and drones in the recent attack, and Ukraine retaliated by striking oil refineries in Russia. Peskov mentioned that Russia's fuel market is stable, despite the attacks.
