The ceasefire plan negotiated by American President Donald Trump with Russia was published by Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Goncharenko. It includes 28 points that foresee significant territorial concessions from Ukraine, such as the recognition of Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk as de facto Russian territories. In exchange, Ukraine would receive security guarantees from the USA, NATO, and the EU, modeled after Article 5 of NATO, committing to treat a Russian attack on Ukraine as an attack on the entire transatlantic community.

The plan stipulates that, in the event of a significant attack from Russia, the USA and European allies will respond militarily. Additionally, Ukraine commits to not joining NATO and to limit its military forces to 600,000 soldiers. The document also provides for the reintegration of Russia into the global economy, lifting sanctions, and amnesty for war crimes. Furthermore, a reconstruction package for Ukraine is proposed, funded by frozen Russian assets. This agreement will be monitored by a Peace Council, led by Trump, and will come into effect as soon as all parties withdraw their troops according to the agreement.
