The British Prime Minister Keir Starmer received Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in London, emphasizing the importance of maintaining attention on Ukraine in the context of the war in the Middle East. Starmer warned that Vladimir Putin must not benefit from the conflict in Iran, especially regarding oil prices and sanctions.

During the meeting, Starmer reaffirmed the unwavering support of the United Kingdom for Ukraine, and Zelensky thanked for the assistance provided during the difficult winter. The leaders also agreed on a new defense partnership to counter cheap attack drones, which will combine Ukrainian expertise with the British industrial base.

The United Kingdom will provide Ukraine with £500,000 for a center of excellence in artificial intelligence in Kyiv, thus strengthening cooperation in the field of international security.
