The Starlink satellite internet service, owned by Elon Musk, suffered a global outage that severely impacted the front line in Ukraine, where it is vital for hospitals and military units. Ukrainian commander Robert Brovdi announced on Telegram that the service is non-functional, and Downdetector reported tens of thousands of complaints. Although connectivity has begun to be restored, the outage underscores Ukraine's dependence on Starlink, which has replaced the destroyed communication infrastructure.
