Ukrzalizniția announced on March 24 that it had been the target of a large-scale cyber attack, which rendered its website and app inaccessible. Although the attack was significant, rail traffic continued without delay, thanks to backup protocols previously implemented. The company is working with the Ukrainian Security Service to restore the affected systems, and online ticket sales remain unavailable as it prepares to operate offline.
