According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Russian troops have taken control of the villages of Zaoleushenka and Rubanchcina in the Kursk region, while Ukrainian forces appear to be giving in under increasing pressure from Russian troops. US President Donald Trump has suggested there is a chance of ending the conflict, following talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
