A Russian rocket attack took place on Monday night against the city of Balakliia, in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine, resulting in the death of three people and injuring ten, including three children. Vitali Karabanov, the head of the military administration in Balakliia, stated that the attack targeted the city center and that the injured children are aged 6, 13, and 12. Of those injured, nine were hospitalized for medical care. This incident highlights the devastating impact of the ongoing conflict on the civilian population in Ukraine.
