The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that 130 drones were shot down, of which 25 were intercepted over the Moscow region, causing explosions in the Istra district. Domodedovo and Zhukovsky airports temporarily suspended operations due to the attack, but the restrictions were later lifted. The drone attacks targeted Russia's energy infrastructure, including a refinery and Lukoil platforms in the Caspian Sea. The Mayor of Moscow reported on the intervention of emergency services at the incident sites. Meanwhile, Kremlin advisor Yuri Ushakov stated that Russia might not agree with the revised peace proposals from the U.S., emphasizing that Moscow is waiting to see the details before making a decision. Additionally, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that there are no longer misunderstandings with Washington, but that Russia is seeking security guarantees in any peace plan.
