The report published by the Yale Humanitarian Research Laboratory details how Ukrainian children captured by Russian soldiers were sent to 210 centers, where they were subjected to forced re-education and military training. These practices violate international law, and the children were forced to learn Russian patriotism and participate in military drills. Nearly 20,000 cases of illegal deportations have been documented by Ukraine, and the report reinforces allegations of war crimes against Russia. President Zelensky emphasized the importance of returning the children in negotiations with Russia.
