Ukrainian forces have not confirmed the change of control over the two localities, and Reuters notes that it could not independently verify the reports from the battlefield.

Russia continues to advance slowly in the Donetsk region, despite the fact that positions along the front line, which stretches for approximately 1,200 kilometers, have changed relatively little in recent months.
