Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that Russia will not accept a maritime truce without a clear order from the US to Zelensky. Recent talks between Russia and the US in Saudi Arabia ended without agreement, with each side criticizing the other for the collapse of a Black Sea security agreement.
