During a Q&A session at the launch of his clothing collection Hopeium, he explained how these diagnoses influence his life. Williams mentioned that he uses the autism diagnosis as a "get out of jail free card" for his unusual behaviors, stating that it provides an explanation for many of his actions.

The artist emphasized that, although ADHD allows him to focus intensely on certain activities, he often struggles with intrusive thoughts that can cause panic. He described how he trains his mind to channel his creativity, thus avoiding negative thoughts. Williams acknowledged that, in the past, he has been diagnosed with ADHD multiple times and has lived with Tourette syndrome, but now embraces these aspects of his personality. Autism, which has been redefined in recent years, can include manifestations such as difficulties in social interactions and repetitive behaviors.
