The digital bank Revolut has announced the completion of a share sale, valuing the company at $75 billion. This transaction was led by renowned investors such as Coatue, Greenoaks, and Fidelity, and included investments from NVentures, NVIDIA's venture capital division. Revolut recorded a 72% increase in revenue in 2024, reaching $4 billion, and pre-tax profit rose by 149%, reaching $1.4 billion.
The company has continued to expand globally, obtaining banking licenses in Mexico and Colombia and planning a launch in India. CEO Nik Storonsky emphasized the progress made in building a truly global bank, aiming to serve 100 million customers in 100 countries. Founded in 2015, Revolut now has over 65 million customers and processes over a billion transactions monthly.
