Romania produced more than 9,000 MW of electricity, mostly from wind turbines, exporting almost 1,000 MW to Moldova.

Wind turbines provided more than 2,460 MW, while hydropower produced 2,415 MW. In its turn, the Republic of Moldova almost entirely supplies its consumption from its own production (721 MW) and exports more than 800 MW to Ukraine, according to Moldelectrica data.
