Four companies from the Polish Armament Group (PGZ) will receive significant funding to build three ammunition factories, aiming to increase production capacity to 150,000 projectiles annually. This initiative comes in response to the increased demand for 155mm artillery shells, generated by the conflict in Ukraine and the need to strengthen national defense in the face of threats from Russia. PGZ emphasizes the importance of increasing domestic production to meet regional security needs.
