The Carola Bridge partially collapsed around 3 a.m., damaging the streetcar tracks and pedestrian and bicycle lanes. There were no casualties and the cause of the collapse is unclear at the moment. The area has been cordoned off and authorities have asked people to avoid the area and not to obstruct emergency services.
