One United Properties has signed a memorandum with Ennismore to build The Hoxton hotel in Bucharest, on the site of three historic buildings.

One United Properties, a real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Ennismore for the introduction of the hotel brand The Hoxton in Romania. The hotel will be located on an area of 1,300 square meters, where there are currently historic buildings under restoration. The project aims to transform Bucharest into a vibrant European capital, combining international design with local culture. This is the second major international brand brought to Romania by One United Properties, after Mondrian Bucharest.
