OMV Petrom has concluded a contract with Raiffeisen Bank for Market Making services, starting from September 9, 2025, to support the liquidity of SNP shares.

OMV Petrom, the only local producer of oil and gas, has signed a contract with Raiffeisen Bank International AG for Market Making services, starting from September 9, 2025. According to the regulations of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, RBI will maintain a firm bid and ask quote for SNP shares, ensuring a minimum volume of 0.75 million shares. OMV Petrom, valued at 53 billion lei, is 51.2% controlled by OMV Austria and has a similar contract with WOOD & Company since 2020. SNP shares have increased by 20% this year.
