OMV Petrom, the only local producer of oil and gas, has signed a contract with Raiffeisen Bank International AG for Market Making services, starting from September 9, 2025. According to the regulations of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, RBI will maintain a firm bid and ask quote for SNP shares, ensuring a minimum volume of 0.75 million shares. OMV Petrom, valued at 53 billion lei, is 51.2% controlled by OMV Austria and has a similar contract with WOOD & Company since 2020. SNP shares have increased by 20% this year.
