Norway has announced a donation of 2.8 billion kroner (about 238 million euro) to Ukraine to strengthen energy security and environmental transition at a reconstruction conference in Rome. The donation will be managed through three cooperation agreements, aimed at repairing critical infrastructure, improving energy security and promoting renewable energy, signed by Norwegian and Ukrainian officials.
